What it says
What this says
Current to 10 Oct 26Final proposal issued 1 May 2024 by Priya Raman for the Growth tier. It prices the subscription at £44,000 a year and a total first-term deal amount of £56,000. It is not binding until an order form is signed under the MSA.
What it is: a proposal for the Growth tier, marked final and replacing an earlier draft. It states that "Commercial terms become binding only when an order form is signed under the MSA."
Commits: nothing binding. It sets out scope over CRM, bordereaux, claims tickets, calls and emails, and a four-stage fixed-fee implementation, with Daniel Okafor leading reviews and delivery.
Pricing: the annual subscription is £44,000, billed annually in advance. The total deal amount of £56,000 is the subscription plus the one-off implementation fee, so it is not an annual price.
Not settled: the document names no signatory, no start date, no connector go-live days and no term. The evidence does not show whether an order form was ever signed, so it cannot be read as the contracted price.

Body
Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting - Proposal
Final. Issued on 1 May 2024 by Priya Raman, Account Executive, B-Brain, for Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting. This final proposal replaces the earlier draft. Commercial terms become binding only when an order form is signed under the MSA.
Summary
Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting writes marine cargo and professional indemnity for Lloyd's syndicates. Capacity providers expect clear, quick answers on submissions, bordereaux queries, claims and broker activity. Those answers currently come from several systems and are assembled by hand.
B-Brain proposes to build the company brain for Fenmoor inside your own Snowflake account, so underwriting operations can answer oversight questions from one view, with the source records visible behind each answer.
Scope
The brain would sit over:
- submissions and underwriting activity in your CRM
- bordereaux queries and the correspondence around them
- claims tickets from the helpdesk
- calls and emails with brokers and capacity providers, as agreed in the order form

Users ask questions through pages, chat and search. Your operations team can also build oversight views with the dashboards builder, so the same figures are available to anyone who needs them.
Tier: Growth
The proposal is for the Growth tier, which is built for several teams working from the same view.
| Element | What it gives Fenmoor |
|---|---|
| Users | The Growth user allowance, with additional users available as an add-on |
| Connectors | The Growth connector allowance, with additional connectors available as an add-on |
| Pages, chat and search | Plain-language questions answered from your own data |
| Dashboards builder | Oversight views built and owned by your team |
| Quarterly reviews | Business reviews led by your customer success manager, Daniel Okafor |
| Service levels | The standard Growth service levels, written into the order form |
Pricing
| Item | Amount | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Growth subscription, annual price | £44,000 | Recurring each year, billed annually in advance |
| Total deal amount | £56,000 | Subscription plus the one-off, fixed-fee implementation |
The annual price of £44,000 is the recurring subscription, billed annually in advance. The total deal amount of £56,000 is the whole first-term commitment: the subscription together with the one-off implementation fee. The implementation fee is paid once and does not recur, so £56,000 is not an annual price.
This proposal carries no discount. Should one be offered later, it would apply to the first term only and would be put in writing with a deadline.
Implementation
Implementation is delivered for a fixed fee, in four stages:
- Connect. The agreed sources are connected inside your Snowflake account. Connectors named in the order form carry a commitment to be live within an agreed number of days.
- Model. We shape the data around submissions, bordereaux and claims so answers match how your team talks about the business.
- Prove. The brain is tested on your own data with the people who handle capacity provider queries today.
- Hand over. Your users are trained, the first dashboards are in place and the review rhythm is agreed.
Responsibilities
| Area | B-Brain | Fenmoor |
|---|---|---|
| Commercial terms | Priya Raman | A named signatory |
| Delivery and adoption | Daniel Okafor | A named sponsor in underwriting operations |
| System access | Request and configure | Approve through your own security process |
| Testing | Run sessions and tune | Provide people who field oversight questions |
Assumptions
- the sources to connect are those listed under Scope
- access to your systems is granted through your own security process
- the order form is the document that fixes price, term, service levels and connector commitments, and it prevails over this proposal
Next steps
If we can get this over the line soon, the implementation can begin as quickly as your team is ready. The steps are:
- confirm the scope and the people who will sign for Fenmoor
- issue the order form under the MSA for signature
- hold a kick-off with your sponsor and Daniel Okafor
Happy to make this easy: tell me what is still outstanding and I will turn it round quickly.
Best, Priya
Priya Raman Account Executive, B-Brain
