• Synthetic company. B-Brain and every customer, person and document here are fictional; the setting (cities, industries, regulation) is real.
• Six organisations. This build covers 75 organisations end to end over four years; the full world is built only after the six pass every check.
• Text still landing. Calls, emails, tickets and documents are written by an author loop with QA inside; a page whose text is not written yet says so instead of showing a blank.
• Keyword search. Search is keyword (BM25) on this laptop; semantic search arrives with Cortex Search in your account.
• Ask Brain hands over to Claude. The page searches the brain and passes your question to Claude Desktop or the Claude Project; it does not call a model itself.
• No view counts. Document importance uses state, category, recency and how often our own analyses cite a document, not how often people open it.
• A date shift re-reads everything. Moving the as-of date forward re-opens every AI record today.
